In deze cursus les gaan wij behandelen hoe u verse vis kunt herkennen, we gaan vis fileren en wij vertellen nog het een en andere of schaal en schelpdieren. Daarna volgthet praktijkgedeelte en passen we het geleerde meteen toe.Met welke vis wij gaan werken hangt af van wat er op dat moment op de markt te koop is.
Deze workshop is op open inschrijving en gaat door bij inschrijving van minimaal 10 deelnemers. De kosten zijn € 65,50 euro per persoon inclusief alle drankjes en de BTW.

We were a little late, the chef was absolutely stressed about the time, in the end we made the whole menu in record... time and had plenty of time left for dinner and drinks. The group downstairs was loud and the noise was not pleasant, there was no door to reduce the sound from the other group. Sufficient drinks provided, choice in drinks was somewhat limited with 1 red and 1 white wine. In the end a nice evening with a pleasant chef but there is some room for improvement.lees verder
